A Dedicated Destination Wedding Specialists that will be with you and your guests throughout the entire planning/booking process. 

Our expertise in guiding you through the process of choosing a destination, venue, and accommodations for your group that matches your vision. 

We will work with you to lock in your wedding date and room block contracts, and walk you through each of those contracts before signing. 

Salty Air Travel will be the main point of contact for your guests and assist them with the entire booking process, including accommodations, airport transfers, and air (optional) 

We keep an open and informative line of communication with your guests by sending them a  wealth of information via email with our destination travel guides, keeping them updated with any changes to requirements in the destination, and sending periodic payment reminders.

Salty Air Travel's Destination Wedding Specialists are here for you and your guests to answer any and all questions related to booking, travel, the destination + resort, etc..
 

We will be available during travel in case anything comes up that you or your guests need assistance with.

On-Site Package Inclusions

Our On-Site Package is for our clients that are looking for an upgraded service level on the day or their wedding, as well as on-site contacts for themselves and their guests should the need arise.

The On-Site Package encompasses all of the inclusions of the Complimentary Package, in addition to the following:

We will arrive to the resort the day prior to your wedding and leave the day after your wedding.

During that stay, we will be available for you and your guests if anything comes up that they need assistance with. 

Day of Coordination - we will be on site the day of your wedding to make sure everything is as you imagined your dream day to be!

We will be at your service from the moment you wake up on your wedding day.  We are there for you whether you have a last-minute emergency or simply need a champagne delivery!

Complimentary beach bags for each room booked within your wedding block. We will provide a flyer with our contact information and let them know to reach out to us with any needs while traveling. You may fill the bag with anything you would like and use them as a welcome bag!
 

Cost:

$1800 Non-Refundable Fee plus:

2 Night Stay at the Resort in a Double Occupancy Room for your DW Specialist, this will count towards your group bookings. (You may use two of your comp nights from your concessions for this if you have earned them!) 

Luxury Concierge Package Inclusions

Our Luxury Concierge Package is for our clients that are looking for a luxury full-service concierge experience for themselves and their guests available from arrival until departure.

The Luxury Concierge Package encompasses all of the inclusions of the Complimentary Package + On-Site Package, in addition to the following:

We will arrive 3 days before your wedding day and depart the day after your wedding. 

We will have a desk set up specifically for your group and greet your guests, hand out your welcome bags, and go over any information including the dates we will be on-site and our desk hours.

We will have a desk set up specifically for your group where we will be from 9am-12pm each day (2) before the wedding for your guests to visit if they have any questions, would like to book excursions or any on or off-site activities, or have any concerns.  We will also be available by phone for your guests from 9am-8pm, every day we are there.

We will be there to offer assistance if any issues come up at the resort for you or your guests and will be there to expedite the handling of those issues so that no one is on their own and no issue goes unresolved.

We will be there to assist the wedding couple with all of their reservations and appointments and arrange any additional activities you would like to have set up.
